QUICK PICKLED CUCUMBER:
Ingredients:
Julienne cucumber 3
Vinegar ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Cook cucumber with all ingredients till water gets dried and cucumber color gets changed. Then remove and save in sterilized bottle.
Bao buns:
Ingredients
Plain flour 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk 50ml
Oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients of dough and prepare dough then let it rise until it gets double. Roll down dough and make 18 to 20 balls. Roll each ball in oval shape now put chopstick in center then fold it and let it rise. Cook in steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
Spicy Fried Chicken:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thighs strips 500 gm
Buttermilk ¼ cup
Hot sauce ¼ cup
Plain flour 1 cup
Paprika 1 tsp
Ginger 1-1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ground black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, ginger, garlic, black pepper and buttermilk. Add chili flakes, salt, all spice in flour and mix. Coat chicken in flour and fry it in oil.
